'Foreign MNC behaving like lala company': Techie claims every minute is tracked, employees left glued to screens, no lunch and coffee breaks

A heated discussion has erupted online after claims surfaced that a foreign multinational company is allegedly tracking employee work hours down to the minute. According to a post on Reddit, an employee claimed that the company has mandated the client to work for "8.15 hours with minute to minute tracking using Software without any lunch or coffee breaks". The post further claimed that the "employees have to mandatorily stick their eyes glued to the laptop screen for straight 8+ hours, otherwise timesheets are not getting approved".

The Reddit post has sparked concerns about workplace pressure, burnout, and shrinking flexibility in modern corporate culture.
