Foreign Developers Spent Millions Licensing Trump's Name. The White House Says There's No Conflict.

The Trump Organization has said that the President's financial interests are being managed independently.

International developers paid $59.5 million to license President Trump's name for a variety of projects in 2025.

CNBC reported that the international business interests paid to brand a variety of real estate projects, including golf courses and resorts. Based on the numbers, it appears that interest in using the Trump brand name increased dramatically after he returned to the Oval Office, with revenue rising 71 percent from 2024 to 2025, according to the network.
