Forecasts for Rain in Ivory Coast Slam NY Cocoa Prices

December ICE NY cocoa (CCZ25) today is down -389 (-4.85%), and September ICE London cocoa #7 (CAU25) is up +36 (+0.68%).

NY cocoa prices today are sharply lower as forecasts for rain in the Ivory Coast later this week have sparked long liquidation in cocoa futures.  London cocoa is higher as markets resumed trading in London today after being closed on Monday for a bank holiday.
