Ford Credit has announced a special program to assist car loan customers affected by the recent Southern California wildfires. The company is offering payment extensions of up to 60 days for customers residing in counties eligible for Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) assistance. It is important to note that interest may continue to accrue on deferred payments during this period.
In addition to the payment extensions, customers who are in need of leasing or purchasing a new vehicle may be eligible for payment deferrals for up to 120 days. This initiative aims to provide relief to those impacted by the wildfires and help them navigate through this challenging time.
