• Warnings about a risk of mood and behaviour changes are to be highlighted on the information leaflets that accompany the asthma drug montelukast, not on the outer boxes as we suggested (“Asthma drug alert after report of hundreds of reactions in young children”, 5 May, p16).
• An article about cuts to arts and humanities subjects in higher education (“Humanities degree cuts ‘risk erasing Black history studies’”, 5 May, p12) included a comment about the loss of “critical and historical studies” at the Royal College of Art but omitted a response provided by the college, which said that, after consultation with staff and students, “a single module that formed part of the RCA’s overall studio-based Masters programmes” had been ended in favour of a more integrated approach. The RCA said this meant “critical and radical thinking is [now] embedded in research, learning and teaching at all levels at the RCA”.
• The German artist August Macke (1887-1914) clearly did not join the Blue Rider group of expressionists in “1991” as a typographical error suggested; we meant 1911 (“Guess the Painting”, 5 May, New Review, p46).
