Footballer David Goodwillie appears for new club despite backlash over rape ruling

David Goodwillie has appeared for English club Radcliffe FC this evening in the Northern Premier League.

Goodwillie, who left Raith Rovers last year, was ruled to have raped a woman by a civil court in 2017.

He was ordered to pay £100,000 in damages after being ruled to have raped the woman in West Lothian in 2011.
