This is the moment a gang set upon a teenager in an "absolutely shocking" attack in Finglas.
Footage seen by Dublin Live appears to show a teenage boy cycling on a bike, before he is jumped by an armed gang last Sunday.
The boy is knocked from his bike and struck at least once with a large weapon resembling a golf club.
The young gang carried out the attack in a suspected act of revenge as part of an ongoing feud in the area, according to a source.
A number of roads, including Cappagh Road, were closed this morning as a result by gardai.
Officers cordoned off the area to allow an investigation of the scene to take place.
Local Councillor Noeleen Reilly told Dublin Live last week that the assault was "absolutely shocking".
She said: "It is absolutely shocking that this could happen and obviously the full details have yet to come out.
"I hope all those involved are going to be okay and I hope the Gardai get assistance from the public in terms of finding out what actually happened here."
A spokesman for the Gardai said: "Shortly after 10.00pm, Gardaí received report that a male teenager was assaulted by a group.
"The teenager was taken to Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) Hospital at Temple Street. His injuries are believed to be non-life threatening."
They added: "Investigations are ongoing."
