Tesco, Asda, Aldi, Iceland and other major supermarkets have issued a number of food warnings.
Salmonella, E. coli and bits of plastic or metal were the reasons behind some of the safety notices.
Chief among them is an extension of Kinder product warnings after dozens of Salmonella cases were linked to the Surprise eggs in the lead up to Easter.
Parents have been warned not to give their kids Kinder Surprise eggs due to the mass outbreak.
Customers are urged to not eat recalled items, but instead return them to stores for a full refund, Liverpool Echo reported.
You do not need to have your receipt to get your money back.
When a product is recalled, for any reason, the Food Safety Agency (FSA) shares details on what you should do if you have bought the item, as well as detailed information on why the product is being pulled from shelves.
Iceland - Fray Bentos Just Chicken Pie
Baxters Food Group Ltd is recalling Fray Bentos Just Chicken Pie because it may contain small pieces of plastic.
The possible presence of small pieces of plastic makes this product unsafe to eat.

Ferrero is further extending their precautionary action of recalling a selection of Kinder products because they might be contaminated with Salmonella.
