Food chain giants Burger King and Starbucks could be the big names to headline a major new development proposed for the outskirts of Perth.
The American fast-food burger restaurant and Seattle coffeehouse would fill two of the three restaurant/drive-thru unit slots proposed next door to Broxden Park and Ride.
The latest plans, submitted to Perth and Kinross Council this month, also include business units (Class 4), an electric vehicle charging hub and 138 car parking bays.
