Fond of HMT 5911 tractor, Sidhu Moosewala had lent support to farmers' struggle

BATHINDA: Noted singer Sidhu Moosewala always projected him to be son of a farmer and was more at ease while driving tractors than travelling in upscale cushy SUVs. The HMT 5911 tractor was his favorite which figured in his songs though Sidhu also used to speak about Eicher tractor Asha in local parlance.

Sidhu Moosewala was from amongst the first singers to lend support to the farmers' struggle against farm laws then even not turned into laws and were in the state of bills. He had started participating in protests at Mansa and even later participated in protests at the borders of Delhi.
