Flyers heap further pain on Venom in demolition

Opal Cayla George has produced a trademark performance to steer the Southside Melbourne Flyers to a dominant 86-58 defeat of the Geelong Venom and snap a four-game losing streak.

After coach Kristi Harrower was left fuming when Southside Melbourne lost 97-71 to the UC Capitals last Friday, George responded with her fourth double-double in five games, complementing 24 points with 16 rebounds and two blocks.
