Floyd Mayweather has warned Manny Pacquiao not to be "tricked" into accepting a rematch.
The boxing legends finally clashed in 2015 when Mayweather ran out a convincing winner on points. He has since taken advantage of the lucrative exhibition circuit, earning as much as $200million since he hung up his gloves.
And ahead of his nine-minute cash grab with Mikuru Asakura this weekend, Mayweather was joined in Tokyo by Pacquiao who claimed he was there to support his rival's opponent. Pacquiao will himself take part in two glorified sparring sessions, prompting speculation he will rematch Mayweather under similar rules.
But the American warned Pacquiao he would have no more success second time round. "There's no blueprint on how to beat Floyd Mayweather, he can tell you that himself," he said. "He's a Hall of Famer, but no-one has the blueprint on how to beat Floyd Mayweather. Don't let them trick you into getting your ass whooped again."
Pacquiao, who at 43 is two years Mayweather's junior, hit back, claiming his humility gave him the edge. "He's older than me, I'm still young so... what I have done and accomplished in boxing is one of a kind. To win [world titles in] eight different weight divisions is not easy, I'm not trying to to boast about what I've accomplished in life; I'm just saying this in case you forget that. The best fighter in the world has a humility."

Mayweather responded: "I'm not here to talk about your personal life, when we talk about what's going on in the squared circle, I'm the best. No matter how you rate it, no matter how you cut it, no matter how you slice it, if you go 100 years back, 300 years back, to now, there's only one best, and thats Floyd Mayweather."
Mayweather will take on Asakura over three three-minute rounds and has also claimed he is in advanced talks with Conor McGregor over a rematch of their clash in 2017. The Irishman, however, took to social media to insist he is "not interested" in a second meeting.
