Flowers left at scene of fatal stabbing as detectives continue to quiz murder suspect

Flowers have been left at the scene of a fatal stabbing in Tameside as a murder probe continues. Detectives are today quizzing a 28-year-old man over the death of a 51-year-old woman in Droylsden on Friday.

She was found with stab wounds on Edge Lane just after noon yesterday and died around 45 minutes later. A huge manhunt was launched, with the suspect arrested last night.
