TikTok user @walkingmiracle18, who goes by Blessed Blind Lady, shared the interaction with the employee, according to The Nerd Stash. Viewers who watched the footage largely decided she was in the wrong for how she spoke to the worker.
The incident began as the woman was driving home and spotted something on her camera system. She claimed the newly hired aide, who looks after her mother, was sitting on her phone while on the clock. She justified the move by saying, “This is how we have to speak up for people who don’t want to help our loved ones.”
