Michael J. Esquilin is facing a slew of driving and theft-related charges after allegedly running rings around Florida Highway Patrol troopers Saturday. Video footage captured the Tampa Fire Rescue ambulance veering in and out of lanes, barely dodging cars, and crossing onto the opposite side of the road.
