Florida health officials are trying to make good on their promise to end all vaccine requirements by introducing a new rule that would drop four required immunizations for public and private school attendance.
Under the proposed rule change, children would no longer have to be vaccinated against chickenpox, Hepatitis B, Hib – otherwise known as Haemophilus influenzae type b – and pneumococcal disease to attend school.
