The biggest names in music gathered in Las Vegas on Sunday night for the 2022 Billboard Music Awards – with stars galore celebrating the best songs and albums from the past year.
While other celebrities also walked the red carpet of the awards show – attending on the arm of their music-making otherhalfs, with some even seemingly dodging family wedding commitments to enjoy the glitz and glamour of the awards instead.
The 2022 event was held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday – with Sean 'Diddy' Combs hosting the proceedings.
And as the awards began, a long line of stars descended on the venue to walk the red carpet and take their seats at the big event.
Megan Fox and her musician boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly – real name Colson Baker – were among the first to arrive.
The 36-year-old Transformers actress stunned in a strapless black dress with plunging neckline and thigh-high split – which she matched with dramatic long sleeve gloves.
While her rocker 32-year-old husband-to-be looked sharp in a black jacket, rhinestone adorned shirt, and black trousers.
The duo have hinted they could tie-the-knot sooner rather than later with MGK recently asked if he would consider eloping with Megan.
He told James Corden: "I want to kind of just let … let the world see that as it comes."
And going into the finer details of his big day he said: "The location is hard, trying to find a spot that’s matching my artistic [vision].”
Someone who was avoiding a big day was Kylie Jenner who arrived on the red carpet alongside her boyfriend Travis Scott – while also shunning the wedding of her sister, Kourtney Kardashian, who tied-the-knot with Blink 182 star Travis Barker that same day.
The reality star, 24, turned heads in a dress that had the body of a woman superimposed on it, while Travis, 36, looked chic in an olive coloured suit.
English singer Florence Welch was flying the British flag as she attended the event in a flowing, vintage, light purple dress.
The 35-year-old lead singer of Florence + The Machine was to perform her new song, My Love, on the night – while fellow British act Glass Animals were also in attendance and were up for a number of awards including Top Rock act which they won.
Adding further glamour to the red carpet was Heidi Klum who arrived in an eye-grabbing bright yellow outfit.
The 48-year-old German star has cracked into the music world herself in recent months with the release of her single Chai Tea, but she was at the event to hand out the Top Rock Artist award.
Music icon Mary J. Blige stunned on the red carpet as she sported a cut out black dress and had long blonde hair cascading around her shoulders.
The 51-year-old music legend was at the event to pick up the Billboard Icon Award during the ceremony.
Meanwhile, Megan Thee Stallion ensured all eyes were on her as she arrived at the event in a bandage minidress that showed off her toned tummy and legs.
Brazilian singer Anitta, 29, shimmered on the red carpet in a sleeveless, rose-pink dress that draped down to her ankles.
While American pop singer Becky G, 25, ruffled feathers in a lilac coloured minidress which included a feather-design sleeve on her left side.
