Florence and The Machine tickets go on sale for 2022 tour

Florence and The Machine will be heading on a major UK arena tour later in the year and tickets go on sale today.

After selling out a trio of intimate gigs in minutes earlier in the month, the group announced that the Dance Fever Tour will be coming to arenas across the UK in November 2022, calling at cities including Manchester, Birmingham and London.

The series of shows will be the first time the band has been on a UK arena tour since the 2018 High as Hope Tour. Tickets will go on sale at 9am on Friday, March 25 and can be purchased via Ticketmaster or See Tickets.

Ticketmaster recommends creating an account with the site in advance and ensuring you only have the site loaded in one window on your web browser to maximise the chance of securing tickets. The ticket provider also suggests not to refresh your screen when you are in the site's virtual queue, as this will cause you to lose your place.

The Dance Fever Tour will follow the May 13 release of Florence + The Machine's fifth studio album, Dance Fever. The 14-track album follows on from the band's critically acclaimed 2018 record High as Hope and is produced by Florence Welch, Jack Antonoff and Dave Bayley.

The setlist is predicted to include songs from the new album, along with some of the band's biggest hits including Dog Days Are Over, You've Got The Live, Shake It Out and Ship To Wreck. Support on all dates will come from Willie J Healey, with Aziya joining as a supporting act on the two London dates.

Tickets will be released at the same time across all venues, although they may vary in price, £1 from the cost of each ticket will go to Florence Welch's chosen tour charity partner, Choose Love, which provides support to refugees and displaced people.
