A flight attendant has warned holidaymakers to always leave a towel by the hotel door.
In a TikTok video, she shared her top tips to ensure guests can stay safe and secure on their travels. American cabin crew member Cici explains that she a checklist she follows whenever she stays in a hotel, particularly when she first arrives.
As an avid traveller, Cici says she follows a strict security routine as soon as she checks in. She says that it is essential to "always count the number of doors to the exit stairwell", in case there is a fire and "it is too dark or smoky" for hotel guests to see where the exits are.
