A flight attendant who travels the world has a genius hack on how to charge your phone without a charger in any hotel room.
Esther Sturrus, a 22-year-old flight attendant working for Dutch airline KLM, has passed on some of the best tips she’s learned over the course of her career.
When travelling to a new country, it can be easy to forget a plug adaptor and you can find yourself in a situation with no way to charge your phone.

Esther, who has over 180,000 followers on TikTok, took to the social media platform to share a hack to solve this - which she describes as one of the "most innovative" she knows, the Express reports.
It could potentially help many people in a predicament with their charging devices. As long as you have the charging string, she has a solution.
In a video on TikTok, she wrote: "World travel plug broken? Use your USB cable and charge it in the TV!"
"This is extremely helpful if you forgot or lost your wall plug from your charger," Esther added.
In order for the hack to work, all you need to do is a cable that can connect both your handset or tablet and the TV’s USB port, which will act as a charging circuit.
