Fleetwood Mac's Christine McVie dies aged 79 as family pays touching tribute

Christine McVie Fleetwood Mac

Fleetwood Mac’s Christine McVie has died aged 79 following a short illness.

Her family said in a statement that the British musician passed away "peacefully" in hospital on Wednesday morning.

They also added that Christine was a "revered musician who was loved universally".
