Loch Lomond's £40 million Flamingo Land "tourist resort" plans are facing renewed opposition over concerns about their scale and impact.
The Yorkshire-based firm has re-submitted a planning application to build the destination, which will include more than 200 rooms and a monorail, after making "fundamental changes" to its original plans.
Glasgow Live reports that the organisation was forced to withdraw their original application more than two years ago following a similar campaign led by the Green party.
