Five west Dublin homes on sale for under €250,000

This week we will be looking at bargain homes on the market in west Dublin.

Property prices may be soaring across Dublin, however there is still some value to be found in parts of the city.

The average price of a house in Dublin currently stands at a whopping €509,575.

The price of a resale residential property in Dublin rose by 8.8% in the year to the end of March which was slightly lower compared to the year in December 2021 which saw a 9.9% increase.

It's not just house prices that are rising, rent has also become extremely expensive in the capital with the average price coming to just under €2,000 a month.
