Merseyside's most in demand postcodes have been revealed by online estate agent Purplebricks.
There are a lot of different factors that attract homeowners to an area, from schools and green spaces to shops, restaurants and good transport links.
But there are five postcodes which are particularly in demand in Merseyside right now, according to Purplebricks.

L36
The property market in Merseyside like the rest of the country is still experiencing a housing boom.
One postcode where buyers are desperate to get their hands on properties is L36, which covers the areas of Huyton, Roby and Tarbock.
A lack of housing stock across the region is driving up buyer demand along with house prices - but one major draw that L36 has to offer is affordable housing.
The district also benefits from good transport links to the rest of the region and the likes of Manchester and Warrington via the M62.
L25
The L25 postcode is particularly popular with house hunters in Merseyside and includes areas such as Allerton, Belle Vale, Gateacre and Woolton.
There is a great choice of schools located within the postcode and a range of local parks from Woolton Woods and Reynolds Park to Calderstones Park, which is only a short distance away.
With a vibrant selection of restaurants and wine bars, it's easy to see why people want to put down roots in the area.
Donna Lewis, Senior Property Partner at Purplebricks in Liverpool, said good transport and motorway links also make the district desirable, with Liverpool city centre and other parts of the region within easy reach.
L17
Another area that boasts of beautiful green spaces is Aigburth, where homeowners have Sefton Park on their doorstep.
The leafy suburb is home to Lark Lane and is a prime location for young families but it's also popular with students and young professionals too.
Train stations at St Michaels, Aigburth and Cressington mean it's just a stone's throw away from the city centre.
It's also a great catchment area for schools including The Belvedere Academy, Auckland College and St Margaret’s.
L14
Broadgreen offers the best of both worlds with affordable housing, while being within easy reach of the city centre.
The postcode also covers Knotty Ash, which is another area that has seen a lot of viewings since the start of 2022.
It also offers great public transport via both bus and rail networks and a range of shopping facilities.
L27
L27 was another popular postcode with house hunters, according to Purplebricks.
Donna Lewis, Senior Property Partner for the estate agency, said there are a lot of affordable properties in the area which makes it desirable for first time buyers and young families.
The district also boasts of great shopping facilities and easy access to Widnes, Warrington, and Manchester via the M62.
What are other estate agents saying about these 'in demand' postcodes?
Estate agent Red Rooves also found L25 to be one of the most popular postcodes in Liverpool but found that the Old Swan area of L13 is more popular with house hunters than L14.
Director of Red Rooves, Robert Smith, told the ECHO: "L25 has always been one of the most in demand postcodes in Liverpool. As soon as a property comes up there it gets sold no problem at all.
"L25 is very desirable - people want Woolton, it does fly off the shelves."
Mr Smith said first time buyers are attracted to areas like Garston and Childwall and often aim to move to L25 later in life.
When properties come on the market in parts of L25, Mr Smith said they sell on average within 24 and 48 hours.
He added: "There's still massive demand [in the market.] Everything is selling in no time, it's still really strong."
