A bodybuilder who sparked a debate after training in a ceremony has stood by her choice - and encouraged others to make the most of the "beautiful" location.
Andrea Sunshine, 53, is known for her extreme fitness regime, which sees her complete eight-hour workouts and eat 150 eggs a month. The gym buff also loves to take her training outdoors - and for years, she's gone running in cemeteries.
However, her choice has proven controversial with fellow visitors, and she was once chased by a stranger. Andrea claims: "The guy came towards me and stopped me. I thought it was an emergency, but it was really a complaint. I turned around and kept running, and he chased after me, complaining."
She's nonetheless continued with her routine and she's proud she's encouraged others to follow suit. The fitness lover, who is particularly fond of London's Brompton Cemetery, said: "After I started running in the cemetery, I made room for more people to do it too. I ended up making a lot of friends."
"This particular cemetery is in the way of my gym," she added. "So I always go in to do some cardio. The place is beautiful, and at this time of year, here in London, it is even more beautiful".
However, she understands not everyone feels like she does. "I, unlike most, find peace among the dead," Andrea noted. She continued: "I've always liked cemeteries, I run alone and I'm not usually afraid of anything. I am afraid of those who are alive."
When Andrea does train indoors, the self-professed "sexy granny" likes to do things her own way. Captioning a previous Instagram post, which saw her exercising in a black bikini, the ripped gran wrote: "Today I broke all the protocols at gym, I wanted do something irreverent, unusual unexpected.
"So I did and I loved the way I felt, free spirit, I love what I see, this sexy Granny worth a Millions for all the qualities she does have. But the most important ones, courage, authenticity and audacity." [sic]
