A fit and healthy women died suddenly in her sleep in a Christmas Day tragedy.
Jo Bird had been wrapping presents and enjoying a few drinks with her boyfriend Stuart Hutton on Christmas Eve before turning in for the night.
However, she was found dead by her partner on Christmas morning having passed away in her sleep, Birmingham Live reports.
Mr Hatton, who now lives in Cannock but is originally Tamworth, says the loved-up pair moved in together after falling for each other in 2020, with plans to get married in the future.
He said: "She was beautiful, inside and out. She was very kind and empathetic. She was so lovely and adored me and made sure I knew it.
"On Christmas Eve, we had just finished wrapping presents and had a couple of drinks. We went up to bed and she just went in the night. She wasn't ill she just didn't wake up. We would have got married as we had talked about it.
"The time since then has been a blur. We have had messages of condolences. I feel like I have to take every day as it comes hour by hour. We did everything together and I absolutely miss her. I'm broken. We were having the best life we could have. When her funeral took place, it felt like the whole of Tamworth was in mourning."
Stu added: "We had known each other since we were kids. Her mum used to cut my hair. I fell head over heels in love with her after a chance meeting at Pets at Home in Tamworth back in 2020.
"We just had a chat there and became friends after that.
"We moved in together very quickly after that. We uploaded lots of videos of us dancing. They seem to have delighted many people as they got around 150 to 200 likes."
