A "fit and healthy" teenager died after going to A&E with what he thought were symptoms of a sinus infection.
Harvey Edwards, 19, was taking antibiotics for the infection but, when his symptoms worsened, he went to A&E last month.
The teenager, a student at University of Liverpool, was given an MRI scan and told the devastating news he had a bleed on his brain.
