A fit-and-healthy mum was given a devastating diagnosis after collapsing at home following months of chest pain.
Sophie Elliot, from Derbyshire, was experiencing "the worst chest pain ever" when she collapsed and was taken to the hospital.
She was diagnosed with Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome - which happens when there is an extra electrical connection in the heart and causes the heart to beat abnormally fast.
