A UK property consultancy has been awarded a five-year contract for projects which will help support the UK’s net zero goals.
Fisher German has won a place on a framework contract to provide land agency services for National Grid UK following an 18-month tender process. The contract, which is one on five in place on the framework, will start in September and will see the firm’s infrastructure services division work with National Grid UK’s land and property, and electricity transmission divisions.
It will work on things such as development consent orders and compulsory purchase orders (DCOs and CPOs) for major overhead and underground power line projects, as well as provide infrastructure planning services and valuation services.
