Fisher German helps David Wilson win 170 homes appeal

Fisher German David Wilson Homes Leicestershire

Property consultancy Fisher German has helped a housebuilder win planning for 170 homes at appeal.

David Wilson Homes and Anthony Raymond Shuttlewood took the case to a public inquiry after being turned down by Charnwood Borough Council.

After the council refused outline planning Fisher German helped the developers argue that any harm caused by the scheme in Cossington Road, Sileby, north Leicestershire, was outweighed by the public benefits.
