Former Manchester United goalkeeper Ben Foster opened up on the special feeling of helping Wrexham return to the Football League after the Welsh club won the National League title.
Foster, 40, came out of retirement to sign for Wrexham, where the goalkeeper spent a spell on loan as a youngster, and has played in their last seven matches. Phil Parkinson's men secured the title with a 3-1 win over Boreham Wood on Saturday night, leaving Hollywood co-owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney delighted as they watched on amid a capacity crowd.
The visitors, chasing a play-off place, threatened to spoil the party as they took the lead after 43 seconds Lee Ndlovu when fired past Foster. Wrexham were soon back on track as Elliot Lee equalised before Paul Mullin scored twice in the second half to complete the turnaround.

After lifting the trophy, an emotional Foster said: "This is my seventh game and it's like home already, seriously. This club is different, I promise you. That meant a lot. That's special, that's really special.
"Heck no (I don't regret coming out of retirement). I don't think there was anyone else I would have come to, to be fair. Wrexham, I've been here before; I know the club; I know how special it is. I know how much the fans love it. I know how much it means to them.
"Those seven games I just played. Oh my God! Look at them now (the supporters); they're just bonkers; the noise they make is incredible."
