American officials have released a picture of the teenager who gunned down 19 children and two teachers in a shooting in Texas. Salvador Ramos, 18, unleashed the horrific attack at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas on Tuesday (May 24).
The teenager had reportedly bought two semi-automatic rifles just days before the attack. He had only just turned 18, the age you can buy a firearm in Texas.
Texas state Governor Gregg Abbott has now revealed Ramos also warned of the attack on social media. He reportedly announced he had gunned down his grandmother and would target a school 30 minutes before the incident.
