Hollywood star Samuel L Jackson was spotted in Liverpool after filming for a new Marvel mini-series.
Jackson stopped to pose for a picture with a fan outside the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall last night, February 17, during a break in his busy schedule.
He is currently in the region filming for the upcoming Marvel mini-series Secret Invasion , which involves the infiltration of Earth by shapeshifting aliens the Skrulls.

And Jackson is not the only film star in town, with Oscar winning actress Olivia Coleman and Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke having also been spotted in the region this week.
The visits of Jackson, Coleman and Clarke are not unrelated, with all three A-listers involved in the upcoming series.
The ECHO understands filming is underway on the site of the former Pilkington's Glass factory in Alexandra Park, St Helens, although official details of the shoot are wrapped in secrecy.
Due to the set up of the location, it has proven difficult to catch a glimpse of the cast or crew from outside the site.
It comes after Emilia Clarke took to Instagram earlier this week to share a snap from her visit to Crosby Beach.
In the photo, the actress can be seen with her arms wrapped around one of Anthony Gormley's iconic Iron Men as she declared her love for Liverpool.
Clarke was also spotted filming in Halifax's Piece Hall last month for the new Marvel mini-series, but it's not yet known what her role will be.
Jackson reprises his role as Director of S.H.I.E.L.D Nick Fury, while Olivia Coleman's role has also not been disclosed.
