First picture of baby killed in horror dog attack after neighbours tried to do CPR

The 17-month-old girl who died after a dog attack at her home in St Helens has been named as Bella-Rae Birch as neighbours described trying to save her life.

Bella-Rae was mauled to death by a new family pet, with the youngster passing away from her injuries.

Neighbour Jordan, who is hoping to go to university in September to train to be a paramedic, ran over to help when she heard screams, reports the Mirror UK.
