The victims of this morning's horrific tragedy in Tallaght have been named as Lisa Cash, 18, and twins Christy and Chelsea Cawley, 8 years old.
At around 12.30am on Sunday morning, gardai were alerted to an incident in Rossfield Estate. The teenager and two children were rushed to Crumlin Children's Hospital and were pronounced dead.
Their brother, 14, remains in Tallaght University Hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries. Their mother, a woman in her 40s, has been released from hospital.

The scene remains preserved for a forensic examination by the Garda Technical Bureau. Post mortems will take place on the bodies later today and tomorrow by State Pathologist Dr Sally Anne Collis.
A male in his early 20s arrested at the scene continues to be detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984, at Tallaght Garda Station.
A garda spokesperson said in a fresh update this evening: "Gardaí in Tallaght continue to investigate all the circumstances surrounding the deaths of Lisa Cash Christy and Chelsea Cawley at a residence in Rossfield Estate, Tallaght, on Sunday.
"Their mother, a woman in her 40s, has been released from hospital and is currently being supported by her family. The Family Liaison Officer continues to keep her updated as to the course of this investigation."
Earlier today the Minister for Justice Helen McEntee said: "The killing of three young family members is a tragedy, so awful and heart-breaking. It is difficult to comprehend.
"My thoughts are with the family and the local community as they deal with this unimaginable crime.
"Gardai and other services are supporting them at this difficult time."
