Bakeshops and cafes are all the craze in the capital city so at Edinburgh Live we decided to go down and have a first look inside the award-winning bakery that opened just last week.
Mor Bakehouse offers sandwiches, coffee, pastries and an array of sweet treats that will make you going back for Mor.
Ross Downie, Operations Manager, said: “It’s been great after how well we did over at Princes Street and we are looking forward to getting this shop opened. We are planning to go pretty big and get a couple more in Edinburgh within the end of 2023, but it’s just been great.
“The interactions with customers especially at Hunter Square with the amount of tourists coming in, it’s great to see people and where they are coming from to get here.”
