Love Island is back on TV with a bang in early June, as the summer series gets underway.
While we don't know who this year's contestants will be just yet, the Mirror can reveal work is underway on the brand new villa.
These exclusive pictures show the lavish property on the Spanish island of Majorca is getting a makeover.
The swimming pool where the Love Islanders will be cooling off this summer can be seen in aerial pics of the expansive villa.
And the famous fire pit - the scene of many a dumping or recoupling - is under construction.
Builders can be seen working hard in the Spanish sun to get the villa in time for the new series to start on ITV on June 5.
As well as building a brand new fire pit, new decking is being laid around the swimming pool.
The outside kitchen - where many Love Islanders cook breakfast, the only meal they have to make for themselves on the show - is also in the process of being constructed.
Last month, the Mirror exclusively revealed that the summer 2023 Love Island villa is going green this year.
Solar panels have been set up around the property in a bid to reduce the villa's carbon footprint.
But the contestants won't know about the latest addition to the complex as the panels are shielded from the villa and hidden by foliage in a neighbouring field.
The summer instalment of Love Island takes place in Palma, Majorca. While this year's winter series was filmed in a luxury villa in South Africa.
Once it kicks off in June, the new series is expected to run for eight weeks - meaning the winner would be announced in early August.
New host Maya Jame - who recently took over from Laura Whitmore - is said to be "chomping at the bit to get to work" on the new series.
Sharing photos from the behind-the-scenes, the TV presenter wrote in a post just last month: "[I had the] best time ever [and I] can't wait to do it all over in the summer".
The latest winter series was won by Kai Fagan and Sanam Harrinanan.
While the Majorca villa was new last year, with more space and even more secret spots to get up to mischief - it's set to be even better in 2023.
Executive Producer Mike Spencer told the Mirror: "They looked at quite a few villas and this was by far the best.
“The view is beautiful, we want people to tune in and say this is Love Island but it’s had a glow up.
"It’s slightly bigger, it’s a similar pool size, but the space around it is bigger.”
It comes after producers redesigned the winter Love Island villa to give contestants more opportunities than ever to have sex.
Dubbed the raunchiest villa yet, it was kitted out with extra nooks for couples to disappear into.
The Hideaway was also boosted into a retreat space even Austin Powers would feel at home in.
They also added a secluded treehouse to give couples even more space from their fellow contestants.
For the first time ever, couples were able to take entire weekends away from the villa, to get to know each other "intimately".
And a new "playtime" area was filled with sex toys, lubricant and sexy outfits in a bid to boost the couple’s more private time away from other contestants.
