Global superstar Adele has given the public a first look at her new $58 million home. She’ll share the new 3.5-acre property with her partner Rich Paul.
The 34-year-old " Easy on Me " singer took to Instagram to share a selection of snaps of her and her partner of one year, Paul (founder of Klutch Sports Group), including one of them outside the beautiful Beverly Hills home. She captioned the series of pictures by saying, “Time flies.”
The Daily Mail reports that this is Adele’s fourth home in the star-studded neighbourhood in Los Angeles. They also go on to say that the house is 18,587 square feet, boasting eight bedrooms and twelve bathrooms as well as a cinema, infinity pool, spa, putting green, art studio and eight-car garage.

It also features a guest house designed by Richard Landry, a Canadian-born American architect known as the “King of the mega-mansion.” The Landry Group website describes Richard as having “been continually featured on the Architectural Digest AD100 list of the top 100 architects/designers in the world since 2000, as well as on the ‘Robb Report Recommended’ list of best architects since 2007.”
The house was formerly owned by actor Sylvester Stallone, who originally listed the house with a whopping $110 million price tag before reducing the price. Other celebrities reported to have called this area of LA home include Denzel Washington, Magic Johnson, Justin Bieber and many more.
Adele’s latest album, “30”, was released last year and is her fourth studio record (her previous release, “25”, was put out in 2015). It covers many highly-personal themes around motherhood, fame, heartbreak, and her divorce from her former husband, Simon Konecki.
At her 2022 BRIT Awards appearance, Adele dedicated her award for 'album of the year' to her son, as well as to Konecki, saying, “this album was all of our jouney, not just mine.” She went on to say, “I’m very proud of myself for sticking to my guns and putting out an album that is about something so personal to me because not many people do stuff like that anymore.”
