New pictures and video footage has been released of an enormous pipe which caused chaos in Milngavie on Tuesday afternoon.
Up to 100,000 properties were left without water on January 24 after a mains pipe exploded, with some people still experiencing supply issues in the G3 area.
Scottish Water has now revealed the reason behind the major water outage which struck residents earlier this week.

Scottish Water tweeted: "WOW! Check this out... here's the culprit!
"The 36" pipe that burst in Milngavie is the Victorian pipework laid as part of the original Katrine Aqueduct in 1859. Incredible."
The Victorian pipework has been removed as teams continue working to repair the damage caused - which is estimated to take 10-14 days to complete.
