First Dates star Cici Coleman has showcased her impressive bikini body transformation in a before-and-after snapshot on social media.
The 35-year-old, who works as a waitress on the Channel 4 dating show alongside Fred Sirieix, took to Instagram to show off her transformation after moving to Bali to kickstart a ‘year of health’.
Sharing pictures taken four weeks apart, Cici said she was finally able to get back to exercising again after she suffered a brutal injury while surfing, and needed hospital treatment when she contracted a stomach virus.
She told her followers how she was feeling “so much better” now that she had been given the go-ahead by doctors to resume working out, and had drastically reduced her sugar intake after being ill.
In the first snap, she’s posing in a strapless leopard print bikini top with pink bottoms, and in the ‘after’ shot, she looks sensational in an animal print two-piece while wearing a pair of sunglasses and her blonde hair piled high on her head.
“I had all the intentions of arriving in Bali and absolutely smashing exercise and eating good,” Cici began.
“For the first month I found myself shoveling down my own body weight in food because it is so yum out here. My average of 15k steps a day was reduced to sometimes 3k because nobody walks here. Then I got an injury from surfing which KO'd me,” she explained.
“Now I've been given the green light from the osteo, I'm slowly but surely getting back to me again,” she continued, as she told her fans she feels great after ditching the sugar and making “small tweaks” to her diet.
“Let's see what the next couple of weeks bring. This pics were taken a month apart!” Cici added.
Earlier this month, the TV star was hospitalised after contracting a stomach virus, which left her needing an IV drip.
Cici joked she had caught ‘Bali belly’, which leaves sufferers with stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhoea.
“It's all fun and games until it gets you. Currently laying in the medical centre somewhere in Bali,” she quipped.
“There's so much bacteria in all the food here, it's kind of swept me off my feet a little bit. I'm just hydrating on a drip and then hopefully I'll be back to my normal self,” she shared.
Cici jetted off to Bali in January to embark on a year of discovery, as she vowed to “surrender” and work on her self-exploration.
“There are so many things here that are throwing me out of sync, taking me FULLY out of my comfort zone, and I am trying my very hardest just to surrender and let go of expectations,” she explained.
