Fans of local rugby team Glasgow Warriors don't need to worry about getting to Scotstoun Stadium on matchday because First Bus are offering a free service to supporters - which is ideal given the current cost of living crisis.
Working in partnership with the rugby union team, First Bus are providing 'free and sustainable' travel options for Warriors supporters throughout the 2022/23 season.
Graeme MacFarlan, Commercial Director for First Bus Scotland, said: “First Bus has been a part of the community for many years in Glasgow and with Scotstoun Stadium situated within walking distance from a number of bus routes, we have a range of travel options available for Warriors fans within the Glasgow area to attend matches.

"We are hopeful this initiative will further encourage people to choose public transport as their preferred method of travel, especially on matchdays at Scotstoun Stadium and we are delighted to show our commitment to that support."
The Warriors' next game will be against Italy's Zebre Parma with the match kicking off at 7.35pm on Friday, March 3, at Scotstoun Stadium.
