First Bus has overhauled its ticketing system for public transport in Bristol, with changes coming into effect yesterday (Sunday, January 23).
Two-trip tickets, day trip bundles and cheaper local tickets for specific areas across the region are all being introduced.
On top of this, single fares are being frozen or reduced to make public transport as good value as possible.

Bus tickets are no longer going to be more expensive when purchased on the bus and will match prices already available on the First Bus app.
The new two-trip ticket is being introduced by First and is very similar to the previously scrapped return ticket, except your second trip doesn't need to be on the same service.
It is cheaper than two single tickets and is valid for two trips across any two services within your chosen zone.
When purchased, you'll get two single tickets that must both be activated within 24 hours of purchase and used before 4.29am the following morning.
Day ticket bundles have been introduced to offer more flexibility and value for customers across the region.
They can be purchased in a variety of bundles which include three trips in 10, five trips in 10, six trips in 20, 10 trips in 20, 12 trips in 40 and 20 trips in 40.
These are also available at discounted prices for 16-21 year-olds, students and children.
New three and five day consecutive tickets have also been introduced if you're planning on travelling for back-to-back days across the region.
These new bundles are designed to make trips more valuable for users across the region.
New cheaper tickets have also been introduced for Clevedon, Frome, Nailsea, Portishead, Thornbury and Yate.
A single trip within one of these areas costs just £1.50 as an adult, £1.10 for students or £0.80 for children.
On top of these major ticket changes, First Bus is also changing lots of its services from January 30.
Some services have been improved for punctuality, been axed or re-routed in the latest shake-up by the company.
