Firms to foster workers to plug digital shortfall

In a bid to improve business efficiency and develop new services, companies are striving to foster personnel with expertise in digital fields.

Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings Inc. (TEPCO) plans to increase the number of digital specialists in its group firms to about 6,000 by the end of fiscal 2023.
