A Welsh firm that worked on Gareth Bale's golf theme bar in Cardiff has completed a management buyout.
The management team at S&G - a heating, ventilation and air conditioning firm headquartered in Barry - has successfully taken over ownership of the company for an undisclosed sum.
Managing director Paul Copner and commercial director Nic Roberts, who have been with the company for 15 and 13 years respectively, have taken over the company from founders Steve and Gemma Howell.

GS Verde Group advised throughout the transaction.
Established in 1999, S&G, which also has offices in the Midlands and London, specialises in HVAC mechanical services, including design, installation, commissioning and after-care.
The company's recent projects include the design and installation of ventilation systems, with fit out by Paramount, at the new themed golf bar and restaurant, Par 59, in Cardiff's city centre jointly owned by Wales footballer Gareth Bale.
