A former Goldman Sachs compliance manager has been awarded nearly £1.5 million (around $2 million or approximately Rs 19 crore) after a London employment tribunal ruled that he was unfairly dismissed and subjected to sex discrimination linked to his extended parental leave, according to a Bloomberg report.
The compensation follows an earlier tribunal ruling in 2024, which found that the treatment of Jonathan Reeves was connected to his decision to take six months of paid parental leave.
