Armed police officer sacked after punching helpless puppy for pooing in the house

A firearms officer has been sacked after admitting to punching a puppy several times after it pooed in the house.

The sickening attack was filmed in March 2021 showing Police Sergeant Martin Dunn raining blows on the frightened dog named Frank and shouting "you little b*****d" as it yelped in pain.

Sgt Dunn pleaded guilty to causing unnecessary harm to an animal contrary to the Animal Welfare Act at Leeds Magistrates' Court in April 2021.
