FIREFIGHTERS have tackled a blaze in a block of flats in Kirkcaldy, Fife.
Pictures on social media showed smoke billowing from the building in Invertiel Terrace on Saturday evening.
There are not thought to have been any injuries in the incident.
A spokesperson for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said it received a call at 5.47pm.
She said: “We had two appliances in attendance and they made the scene safe.”
The fire crews left the area just after 6.30pm.
