Emergency crews raced to Perth city centre on Thursday evening after a fire broke out in a chimney above a popular restaurant.
Three fire units were spotted on the High Street at around 7pm after receiving reports of smoke billowing from the roof above Breizh.
The area was cordoned off for the public's safety and a height appliance was used at the scene to allow firefighters easier access to the chimney.
Crew members were on the scene for over an hour and a half in attempts to put out the flames.
A spokesperson for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service then confirmed that the firefighters managed to douse the fire just after 8pm.
“We received the first call at 6.47pm [May 12] following reports of a chimney fire on the High Street in Perth," they said.
“One height appliance was in use as crews used a main jet to extinguish the fire.
“The stop message was received at 8.18pm.”
