Fire crews responded to an emergency incident involving a passenger aircraft at Glasgow Airport this afternoon.
At least four appliances could be seen surrounding the Icelandair plane, docked near one of the airport's terminals, at roughly 2pm.
It is not yet known what prompted the urgent response or whether passengers were inside the aircraft at the time, Glasgow Live reports.
However, a post from Glasgow Airport Spotters on Twitter speculated a "hydraulic leak".
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "We were requested at 2pm on Thursday, 18 May to support our fire service partners at Glasgow Airport.
"Operations Control mobilised a number of resources to the scene, where SFRS personnel supported their partners before leaving the area."
Glasgow Airport have been approached for comment.
