Fire crews have been called to the scene of a blaze at a property in Bangor on Friday afternoon.
The fire was reported at a two-storey, mid-terrace derelict building on Prospect Road at around 3.45pm.
The blaze has been largely dealt with but fire crews remain at the scene.
Three pumps as well as an aerial appliance were sent to the scene.
No-one was reported to be injured as a result of the burning building and it is not thought to have spread to or caused damage to the buildings around it.
It is not yet clear what the cause of the fire was - the building has been derelict for some time.
